LSV Cab

In our business area for cabs we produce several of Scania’s special cabs.

CrewCab
The process starts with welding the cab body in our highly automated workshop. The unpainted body pass our surface treatment process where rustprotection and piant are applied. Finaly, we do the assembly based on the unique customer requests and make it ready for delivery.

LowEntry
Ee produce an unpainted body in the same process as for the CrewCab. The body is sent to Scania’s factory in Oskarshamn where surface treatment and assembly are performed.

CityDoor
The special version of the LowEntry with a buss door installed on the passenger side. We modify the body for the bus door before it is sent to surface treatment. We also do the interior assembly and make it ready for delivery.

R/S23
An extention is made of the longest Scania cab in the original cab portfolio. It gives extra room in the cab for the driver. Most common with a wider bed, but also possibities to have a bench behind the front seats.

Cabs leave our factory as a complete component. It is assembled at Scania’s Final assembly units in Sweden or in the Netherlands.
